Rental Conditions :
Long Term = One year lease (renewable)
Short term (1 week to 6 months)
Security Deposit required
Tenant pays electricity and generator.
Apartment is heated by electricity with seperate room controls.
An insurance policy for fire,and other risks is obligatory.
House pets are welcome !
